I'm currently searching for a new horse - my current horse, a young Thoroughbred, has turned out to be unsuitable for dressage and I'd really like to find a suitable horse as soon as possible. I am unable to pay a purchase price, but I can guarantee an excellent, loving home in Wellington, Florida. The best option for me would be to find an older horse capable of walk/trot and some canter able to compete at first level or above that I can adopt or free lease. Anything below 16 hands, safe, easy to handle, and one that doesn't require a strong leg to go forward (I have Cerebral Palsy) would be ideal. What I have: 2000 registered and branded premium Hanoverian mare by the stallion, Davignport. 15.2 hands, bay with one hind white. Super athletic and scopey mare. Schooling 3'6'' plus easily at home and has done up to 4' in gymnastics. Has USEF record and potential to do the high ammy or junior jumpers and flashy enough to do big eq. divisions. Needs a confident and intermediate rider over fences. Easy to ride on the flat, has lower level dressage training and a super change.
What I am looking for: a nice western pleasure or hunt seat gelding or mare, young is okay, but nothing that has not been started under saddle. Prefer QH or Paints. Also looking for more of a hunter, gelding preferred and over 16 hands. Show experience a plus but not necessary. Will consider young, started under saddle. Nothing with lots of maintenance issues or "hot horses" will be considered.
This is an exceptionally talented mare that needs to go to the right rider or trainer. Would be an awesome horse to show and sell for a nice price!
