| Gem is a yearling gelding by the warmblood stallion Sempatico out of a Dutch/TB mare (Kaydee) who received premium status and 106 points at her ISR/Oldenburg NA keuring. He is a very well put together colt with 3 good gaits, a good mind (quiet and willing but with enough sensitivity to be forward and light) and a very appealing "look at me" sort of presence. I think that Gem will mature to 16.2 hands or taller - he is already 15.3 hands at 18 months. Gem loads, bathes, stands for the farrier, etc. and is handled daily. His pedigree includes top dressage and jumping lines. He is for sale to a loving, horse-friendly home and competent rider. A DVD and more information are available upon request. | |||||
